Changing plans for today

I think I made a bad decision.... I went out running for 1h. First time for almost a year. Oh sh*t thats going to hurt tomorrow. My coughing is still bad, sort of dry.. and me and Mattias are going to the cinema this evening. I´ll better get some coughmedicin, otherwise the other people won´t be able to concentrate on the film. Ok, it´s not THAT bad.. but if I get an attack it won´t be nice.. :( Got to get going to the pharmacy before they close.
